There are days when I don't feel like exercising, so when I came across this article I not only read it from beginning to end, I PRINTED it and posted it on my fridge at home!
It's good for you, it makes you feel better, you'll lose weight. We all know about the usual reasons to exercise. But someone took the time to come up with 100 reasons to exercise and some of them, I hadn't even considered. This is good stuff.
