When I read this article from the Huffington Post via MSN, I knew I had to share it. I'll keep it handy and read it again once in awhile, as a reminder.

I can probably think of a hundred decisions I'll never regret making, but these 6 are a good place to start.

1. Choosing to be happy. And in most cases, I do believe it's a choice.

2. Opting to unplug. I don't do this enough. I'll work on that one.

3. Selecting kindness over rudeness. I like to think I do this most of the time. I don't say all of the time because just the other day I wasn't very kind to the driver that cut me off and almost ran me off the road. I could have chosen to wave instead.

4. Deciding to treat yourself the way you treat your friends. Remember how amazing you are.

5. Choosing to smile at that stranger. I will make a note of that and I promise to do it more often.

6. Opting to say no.  I have no problem saying no. No No No.
