98 Country’s Veteran Of The Month: USMC Corporal Nathan Golden
Our June "Veteran Of The Month" is U.S. Marine Corps Corporal Nathan Golden of St. Cloud.
Golden served as a Marine for eight years -- four years of active duty and four years inactive. He served two tours of duty in Iraq.
His sister Sara Golden nominated him:
My brother Nathan is a veteran of the Iraq war, in which he served 2 tours. He sacrificed his life to serve our country. While overseas, country music is what he listened to, it is what got him through! Not only is he a veteran, he is also a wonderful single dad! I want my brother to know that I love him and that I am so proud of him! Thank you Nathan for serving our country!
We'd like to say thanks to Corporal Golden for his service and fight for our freedom. Hoorah!
