I love my family dearly but sometimes they drive me crazy.  I didn't need a study to prove this to me but there's a new one out there that confirms my thoughts.

Families are wonderful and I can't imagine being without mine but sometimes they stress me out.  We're all very opinionated which can make for some colorful arguments.  Not to mention, we're all pretty stubborn so it's like pulling teeth to get us to see each other's point of view.

I found this article from The Independent to be rather interesting because it discussed the study, which was conducted at McGill University in Montreal.  The study claims that spending time with your friends has a positive impact and improves your chance of living longer.

Your family apparently has the opposite effect, causing more stress if you're around them constantly.  Now before we think we shouldn't be spending time with family, researchers found that spending time with them and friends leads to an overall happier life.

What does your family constantly do that stresses you out?
