Who knew motorcycles and playing instruments were boring by themselves.  I wonder if this is legal?

The National Transportation Safety Board has recommended that all states ban the use of personal electronic devices while driving a car (maybe a horse).  This would make it illegal to text or even talk on your cell phone while driving.
