Timberwolves Win at Denver; Love Gets Injured
January 4, 2013 The Timberwolves bounced back at Denver with a 101-97 Thursday night after losing at Utah Wednesday night. J.J. Barea scored 12 of his 17 points in the 4th quarter and Alexey Shved added 17 points for Minnesota. Luke Ridnour and Andrei Kirilenko each scored 14 points for Minnesota.

Vikings’ Ponder Has Sore Elbow
January 3, 2013 Viking quarterback Christian Ponder was limited in practice Wednesday due to a sore elbow. He sustained the injury when he hit the helmet of a Packer player on his follow through. He stayed in the game and is expected to play Saturday at Green Bay.
