Ben Affleck has had quite the career. One of his biggest accomplishments came at the beginning of his career, at the young age of 25 he won both a Golden Globe and an Academy Award for the screen play he co-wrote with Matt Damon, 'Goodwill Hunting'. It's impressive that at the age of 40 Bens' still got it, and Entertainment Weekly recognized that in their most recent issue.

Ben's latest accomplishment is directing and starring in the critically acclaimed 'Argo', which is rumored to be being tossed around in Oscar talk.

Over the span of 15 years Affleck has managed to be a part of movies that have not only been hits with ticket-buyers but also critics, which is a hard feat. I have always been a fan of Ben Affleck, he's talented and seems to be a real stand up guy.

Congrats to Ben for being named Entertainment Weekly's 2012 Entertainer of the Year, he deserves it. Runner-ups for the title include: Channing Tatum, Seth McFarlane, and Jennifer Lawrence.
