Bud Grant Is Throwing A Yard Sale

Legendary Minnesota Vikings coach Bud Grant is celebrating his 87th birthday today and to celebrate, he’s having a yard sale. 

Legendary Minnesota Vikings coach Bud Grant is downsizing and we get to reap the benefits. The long time coach is having a yard sale this week and he even advertised it in the Star Tribune.

Bud says that there will be a lot of hunting and fishing equipment, and as a head coach for 35 years, of course there will be a lot of Vikings stuff; including a banner from the “Ring of Honor”. Bud says he’s selling it because “I don’t have a stadium to put it in”.

The yard sale starts Wednesday and runs through Friday. If you’d like to go, the address is 8134 Oakmere Drive in Bloomington. This will be the last yard sale he’s holding, so if you’re in the market for some collector memorabilia, I’d suggest you get over there.

The sale hours are: Wednesday 5 to 8pm, Thursday 9am to 4pm and Friday 9am to 12pm.
