Showers & thunderstorms will arrive in the area tonight, and spend the better part of the week hanging around St. Cloud -- setting up an extended cool, wet period; with highs no better than the 40s through Thursday.

Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches will be common across most of Minnesota through Thursday, accompanied by strong winds and cool temps making for a cold, wet, raw, dreary end to April and start of May.
