According to a story on PRNewswire, more than half of us hit the 'snooze' button when the alarm goes off in the morning. Research shows that not only does hitting 'snooze' NOT help us feel any more rested, but it might negatively affect other parts of our mornings.

The study found that those of us that regularly hit 'snooze' spend less time with loved ones in the morning, miss morning workouts, and skip breakfast.
