Are you ready for some roller derby? The SCAR Dolls were voted 'Best Sporting Event' in the St. Cloud Times 'Best of Central Minnesota' survey -- topping SCSU hockey & Rox baseball. What? You've never been? You're in luck. They're in action Saturday night at the Skatin' Place in St. Cloud.

The S.C.A.R. (Saint Cloud Area Roller) Dolls are the original women's flat track roller derby league in Central Minnesota, formed in 2011 to create an opportunity for the women in the Saint Cloud area to participate in the challenging, exciting, and empowering revival of modern roller derby.

This is not the exhibitionist, pro-wrestling style derby of the 1970's, but a fast-paced, hard-hitting sport that the women of the S.C.A.R. Dolls are proud to bring to St. Cloud.

The SCAR Dolls Travel Team takes on the Kilmore Girls, a home team from the North Star Roller Girls out of Minneapolis. Doors open at 6, action starts at 7, and tickets are only $5! This is your last chance to see your SCAR Dolls on their home turf until April, so don't miss it!
