A hotel guest in the U.K., who'd had a bit too much to drink, climbed into a 12,000 liter aquarium in the lobby.  The fully-clothed man was caught a staff member who made him get out of the tank then escorted him out of the hotel. A hotel director said, "It was a careless act and dangerous for all involved, including the fish," adding, that the fish were unharmed during the incident. (Huffington Post)

This Couple Picked The Wrong Place To Fight About Guitarists

A couple was arrested after their argument over who was the greatest guitarist of all time became so heated that Motel 6 staff was forced to call the Brook Park police. The boyfriend was screaming on behalf of Slash, lead guitarist for Guns and Roses. The girlfriend was jumping for Eddie Van Halen, namesake of ’80s rockers Van Halen. When police arrived, they calmed down and agreed to be quiet. However, their names were run through a database that revealed they had outstanding warrants in other cities. Both were arrested.

Man Left Hangin' After Prank Goes Wrong

A man in Plymouth, England who had been drinking with his friend climbed into a harness and lowered himself over traffic but was left hanging from a footbridge when his drinking buddy wasn't strong enough to pull him up. Authorities said 29-year-old Lee Bassett dangled over the roadway for 90 minutes until emergency services could close the road to rescue him. Bassett said he "wholeheartedly regrets the matter," adding, "It was supposed to be a joke - it's a bet that went wrong." (The Mirror)

Nothing Says Happy Valentine's Like A Meth Teddy Bear

Authorities in Chelsea, Massachusetts said they arrested a man who allegedly received a Valentine's Day teddy bear stuffed with $10,000 worth of meth. Police said they called in a drug-sniffing dog after postal workers noticed a suspicious package addressed to Lawrence Ligocki. The dog confirmed the presence of drugs, so police staked out Ligocki's home as a postal inspector -- posing as a mailman -- delivered the package. When Ligocki signed for the package, he was presented with a search warrant. Police found nearly 100 grams of crystal meth in the bear and even more in Ligocki's home. Ligocki pleaded not guilty to drug possession and trafficking charges and was freed on $150 bail. He claims he wasn't expecting the package. (Boston.com)
