George Jones Returns Home

After spending a week in the hospital for an upper respiratory infection, George Jones is resting at home and says he will return to the stage later this month here in Minnesota.

According to his website,

George Jones wants to thank all his friends and fans for their prayers and well wishes over the past few days. Mr. Jones will be resting at home until he plans to return to the stage on April 20th in Minnesota.

That stage is the Shooting Star Casino on April 20 in Mahnomen, MN - about a three hour drive north of St. Cloud.

George Jones celebrated his 80th birthday last year.
