St. Paul public schools have created a cancellation policy for the cold weather. So how cold is too cold for school?

According to the policy, if it's expected to be 25 below or colder at 6 a.m. or if the wind chill will be 40 below or lower, classes and activities will be canceled.

I don't remember school being canceled for cold weather when I was a kid, but then again, that was a very long time ago. It probably happened.

Does your school have a cold weather cancellation policy? If not, do you keep your kids home if it's too cold?  And how cold is too cold?
