It was a big night on the ice for the St. Cloud State Men (10-12-1, 5-7-1) at the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center last night -- shutting out visiting Western Michigan (10-10-3, 3-7-3) 7-0. The shutout was SCSU's first of the year, and snapped a 2-game Husky losing streak.

SCSU goalie Charlie Lindgren turned away all 23 shots by the Broncos. The Huskies had a  30-23 shots-on-goal advantage over WMU.

Six different St. Cloud State players scored in the game: Bartsch (1), Morley (2), Rehkamp (1), Russell (1), Brodzinski (1), Kossila (1).
