I Need Some Good Tips On Putting Together A Fun Baby Shower

My friend, Melissa, found out yesterday she's having a boy in August.  I'm so excited for her!  Now, comes planning a baby shower.

I've been to many showers and I know there's some cheesy things that happen.  If I'm going to do this, I want it to be fun and as un-cheesy as possible.  I have some ideas as far as decorations, food etc.

The games and prizes is where I'm stuck.  Do you have any ideas on fun games and gifts to give away at baby shower?
