I’m So Glad I Don’t Have To Travel Too Far For Thanksgiving

Many people have to drive long distances or even fly to get to their Thanksgiving destination.  I'm so glad I'm not one of those people.

I don't mind traveling but it's a lot of work for one day, especially after eating a huge meal.  I couldn't handle the drive by myself, that's for sure.  I struggle with long drives on a good day.  Flying and staying for awhile wouldn't be so bad, if the relatives are tolerable.

Luckily for me I only have to go to Buffalo, maybe 15 minutes from my house.  My dad's brother and his family are hosting Thanksgiving this year.  I can't complain, the only thing that would be better is if I were staying at my own house.  I could sleep off all I ate in the comfort of my own bed.  Of course then I'd have clean-up duty.  Who wants that?
