If we know Kacey Musgraves at all, we know she knows how to celebrate, which she'll likely be doing after earning both Gold and Platinum certifications for her music.

Musgraves has been met with criticism with several of her songs, including one some deemed too "edgy" for traditional country radio, 'Follow Your Arrow.' However, the rising star's determination has paid off in the form of three Gold and Platinum accolades,

The Recording Industry Association of America announced that Musgraves' 'Same Trailer, Different Park' album has officially become a Gold record. That means she's sold 500,000 copies! Musgraves' song 'Merry Go 'Round,' a late 2012 release, has also received a Platinum certification for 1 million copies sold. 'Follow Your Arrow' has also been given the Gold. And the singer couldn't be happier:

Seconds later, she sent another tweet, speculating how she might celebrate her accomplishments. "Does this mean a gold tooth is now appropriate?" she asked fans, to which she was met with a resounding yes.

Unfortunately, we think she was joking.

This now makes Musgraves both a Platinum-selling artist and  a two-time Grammy winner, in addition to her ACM and CMA award trophies. It would seem that despite any resistance she's faced in the past, Musgraves is here to stay.
