True to the close-knit collaboration that is the Band Perry, Kimberly Perry says she's not planning her wedding without some serious help from her family!

The 30-year-old singer and her Band Perry mates (and real-life brothers) sat down with Taste of Country's Sam Alex to talk about their record, life in Nashville ... and Kimberly's upcoming wedding to Major League Baseball catcher J.P. Arencibia.

Perry says she can't wait for the big day, but isn't trying to tackle all the planning and logistics on her own.

"No, no, no. I only know how to do one thing, and that's play a show," says the country starlet with a laugh. "So I have, well my mother's really great at this sort of thing, and we've got a little bit of help."

Reid and Neil say they're excited for the upcoming nuptials as well, but Kimberly knows not to make them talk about it too much.

"I think I'm more excited than Reid and Neil, because they're just tired of talking about details at this point," says the 'If I Die Young' singer. "Well you're listening to details, you're not much talking about them!"

Judging from Neil's bright ideas, it's probably a good thing that the Perry brothers are staying out of the planning process.

"Yeah she'll have a mic at the altar," Neil jokes when Alex asks if Kimberly will be performing at her own wedding. But before he can even finish his idea, big sister quickly shuts him down. "She'll sing as, as...no? No. Well, okay."

With an insane schedule, it's a good thing that Kimberly has some wedding-planning help. The Band Perry is currently wrapping up their first-ever headlining tour and this summer they'll head out on tour with Blake Shelton. Hopefully, they'll be time for some cake-tasting and wedding-dress shopping in the midst of it all!
