I've tried the cauliflower pizza crust, and it was very good! Next up, spaghetti, using spaghetti squash. I can hear my body thanking me already. 

Last week, a co-worker was in the lunch room eating something that looked and smelled great. Spaghetti squash with sauce.

Then I was on the phone with my sister, Sue, and she said she made spaghetti squash, adding a small amount of butter and parmesan cheese. Yum!

So I decided that since I was getting more creative with vegetables lately, it was time to try the squash. I already have a date with some brussel sprouts tonight, so the squash will have to wait until tomorrow. But I'll let you know how it goes. In the meantime, if you have a great idea for my spaghetti squash or any other vegetables, let me know!
