While singing ‘Eight Second Ride,’ the singer was joined by Carson, a young fan with some old-school moves. “I’ve seen a lot of kids onstage before, but I’ve never seen a kid rock out like Carson,” he said after their impromptu duet was finished.

We already knew Jason Aldean, Blake Shelton, and Taylor Swift had big years and now we know they stand to celebrate by cleaning up at the 2011 CMA Awards, where each of them have just been honored with multiple nominations in this year’s pool of potential winners.
The nominees were announced Tuesday at a pair of live events. Jake Owen and the Band Perry revealed the nominations for five categories during their joint appearance on ‘Good Morning America,’ then Jerrod Niemann and Thompson Square handled the rest from the Ryman in Nashville later in the morning.

New Movie Releases: ‘Cars 2,’ ‘Bad Teacher’ [VIDEOS]
Another sequel cruises into theaters this weekend by way of Pixar’s ‘Cars 2,’ with Lightning McQueen (voiced by Owen Wilson) back for another fast-paced adventure – this time, at the first-ever World Grand Prix.
Reviews haven’t been too kind for the movie, but given Pixar’s recent successes, ‘Cars 2′ should have no problem taking the number-one spot at the box office.

CMA Music Festival Riverfront Stage Line-up
