Miss Penny is a 3 month old spayed female kitten.

She came in as part of an unwanted litter and has been waiting a month for that special someone to come along and think they have found their lucky penny.

In her previous home, she enjoyed the company of other cats.

She was used to being fed a tiny treat of wet food once a day and always looked forward to that bit of spoiling. Hopefully someone will be able to continue that tradition of a little bit of spoiling for Miss Penny and give her a new home.

Jake is a purebred German Short-haired Pointer, and was surrendered because his previous owner was moving and unable to take him along.

He is a little over a year old and is neutered.

Jake was an outside dog in his previous home; however he’s been keeping his kennel clean at the shelter, so house-training shouldn’t be too much of a challenge. And with the short coat that pointers have, he shouldn’t have to be outside during Minnesota winters.

Jake got along well with other dogs and all ages of children, but he tends to chase cats. He is very smart and enjoys activities like agility.

Jake loves to go to the lake in the summer and is also very affectionate.
