Pet Patrol: Meet Annabelle + Lucky & Hollywood at the Tri-County Humane Society

Meet Annabelle and Lucky & Lucy. A kitty and a pair of parakeets that will hold conversations with you!

Annabelle is a beautiful 6 year old spayed cat who has been residing at Tri-County for almost 2 months now. She was surrendered because her previous owner felt as if she didn’t have enough time to spend with her. Annabelle is a little on the shy side at first, but will warm up to you in no time. She loves to be brushed and her purr-box is in good working order. Since Annabelle has never been exposed to small children or dogs, she would do best in a quiet home. She came in with her best friend Penelope Rose, who is also still available for adoption. In her previous home, Annabelle was known to use her scratch post on a daily basis. She will also hold a conversation with you from time to time. Annabelle and Penelope would be candidates for the name your own price sale or would be free if you are a senior citizen or in the military.

Lucky and Hollywood are two 1 year old male parakeets. Inquisitive and cheerful by nature, this pair is bonded and must stay together to keep up their joyful antics. Lucky and Hollywood love to hop from perch to perch, explore new bird toys, and climb about their cage. They were surrendered to the shelter because the previous owner felt the birds were not in an appropriate living situation. These parakeets have been socialized by adults, but have not interacted with children or other animals. Come visit this happy duo in the “Small Animal Room” at TCHS, and never hesitate to ask our enthusiastic staff questions about animal care.
