Pete Sent Me On A Mission And I Had The Time Of My Life

I walked in to the studio this morning and Pete told me he was sending me on a mission.  I was a little nervous at first because ya just never know with him!

Actually, all I had to do was take the Hummer somewhere to get detailed.  So I got there and Rick (who was our Veteran of the Month back in August), was there.  I handed the Hummer off to him, but I needed a ride back to the station.

He gave me two options -- a shuttle or his trike.  I have only been on motorcycle once in my life and it was actually in a side care.  I was like 5 years old and the bike was pink, yellow and blue.  I definitely needed an updated experience, so I just want to thank Rick for the ride on such a beautiful day!

I had a blast and it will be great to see Rick and all his friends supporting veterans at the Thanks For Freedom Ride next Saturday, May 31st!  Hopefully, we'll see you out there as well!
