First Jennifer Lopez, then Steven Tyler, now Randy Jackson has decided to vacate the judges table on 'American Idol', but unlike the first two, Randy is still going to be a part of the show.

At this rate I'm not sure how much longer 'American Idol' will last on the air. The producers are trying really hard to make it sound cool and exciting to switch up the judges, but you know they are terrified - and they should be.

I used to love the show, but ever since Simon Cowell left I've lost interest, and I know I'm not the only one that feels that way. The show seems to continue to decline and I don't think it will be around much longer.

It was just confirmed that original show member Randy Jackson will finally walk away from his judges chair this year, but he will be sticking around as a mentor to show contestants. The rumor mill seems to think 'Idol' producers are looking to go back to four judges and currently the only one confirmed for next season is Mariah Carey. Nicki Minaj and Keith Urban are both expected to sign contracts in the very near future, but nothing has been solidified.
