We've recently started hearing more "rapping" in the Country songs with Jason Aldean and Blake Shelton, but where this idea come from?We may never know exactly how it started, it's been around for awhile (Cowboy Troy) and of course Kid Rock has helped a little bit.  But there's a band from Germany that may have something to do with it too.

They're called "Bosshoss" and they combine traditional Country music with a variety of styles.  They've covered "Outkast" and "The White Stripes" and most of their music has a rap/dance groove to it.

They've gotten quite popular overseas, but no idea if they're going to break into the scene here in the US.  But I can't help but think that Nashville has been keeping an eye on them, quite often styles are experimented with in overseas markets before they ever break bit here.
