SAUK RAPIDS – Today is a special day for anyone celebrating a birthday. But, if you’re turning 12 at precisely 12:12 p.m. on this 12th day of December of 2012, it’s even more special.

Stacy Phrachomphohn says that’s what’s happening with her son Bristian.
