The St. Cloud State Huskies (12-2) record playoff run ended this afternoon, falling to #2 Northwest Missouri State (13-0) 59-21. SCSU picked up road wins against Henderson State and Minnesota State in the first two rounds of the NCAA Division II Playoffs, before coming up short today in Maryville, Missouri.

This was the first time in school history that the Huskies had won two NCAA playoff games in a season. St. Cloud State ends their season with a record of 12-1.

Senior quarterback Phillip Klaphake played his final game in red & black, completing 11 of 28, for 169 yards and a touchdown. He rushed for a TD as well.
