Sheryl Crow's Cross Creek Farm, a sprawling estate located in the Nashville area, remains on the market and the singer has once again dropped the asking price. The home, up for sale since 2010, is now listed at $3,850,000, down from the original asking price of over $7.5 million.

Crow had lowered the price to $5.8 million in August of last year. She's now dropped it another two million, which may suggest that she wants to unload the property as fast as possible and is looking to attract a buyer on the quick. It's been a buyer's market in the real estate realm for several years now.

It's quite a spread, with six bedrooms and seven-and-a-half baths, situated in College Grove, Tenn. Other amenities include walk-in closets, a wood-burning fireplace, a guest house, a hot tub and a recording studio!

You can take a virtual tour of the home here. Want to gawk at this gorgeous abode some more? The listing is here, complete with photos and further details.
