Should There Be Special, Closer Parking For Expectant Mothers?

I was running errands around St. Cloud yesterday and came across this sign, right up front close to the store. Special reserved parking for expectant mothers. Not sure how I felt about it. I mean, sure, they are facing challenges. But is it up there with 'disabled?' It's the same parking privilege? Let me know what you think.
