Ronnie Milsasp born January 16, 1943 in Robbinsville, North Carolina. As much as any other country vocal star, singer and keyboardist, Ron Milsap has mastered a broad range of musical styles. Milsap is one pf the most successful country artists of all time.

He has won many Grammy Awards and CMA Awards including the 1977 Entertainer of the Year award. Milsap was born blind, he was sent to the state school for the blind in Raleigh, North Carolina.  He excelled in music.

Graduating in 1962, he then attended young Harris Junior College. Milsap played piano and sang Elvis Presley's, "Kentucky Rain" in 1970.  In 1974 he began a long-term association with RCA Records. He began charting with country songs, "Pure Love" 1974 and "Daydreams About Night Things" in 1975. Milsap's winning ways continued through the 1980's with numerous top ten's between 1976 and 1991. Milsap established his Ronnie Milsap foundation for individuals with visual impairments in 1985.

Ronnie Milsap will be at the Paramount Theater, St. Cloud with a Christmas Show, December 10th and 11th with two shows each day. He is one the most enduring country artist of all time. On November 25th enjoy the music of Ron Milsap on the Sunday Morning Country Classic Spotlight at 11 a.m. It's a part of the 98 Country Classic Show 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on 98.1 98 Country.
