Sunday July 24th the spotlight is on Johnny Cash "The Man In Black."  He got his start with Sun Records in 1955.  Married twice, first to Vivian Liberto in a Catholic Church in Texas.  They had four daughters and they divorced in 1966. In 1968 Johnny married June Carter of the Carter Family Singers.  June co-wrote Cash's hit "Ring of Fire."  She also partnered with Johnny on the smash hit "Jackson" in 1967.  She died in 2003.

Johnny, a devout but troubled Christian.  Johnny always said he was "The biggest sinner of them all."  Much of Johnny's music echoed themes of sorrow, moral tribulation and redemption.  Johnny Cash died September 12, 2003 from complications of diabetes.  Four months after the death of June Carter.  Johnny was 71.
