On Tuesday's episode of the show, a dancer for the group known as Fatally Unique injured herself during rehearsal and was rushed to the hospital.

During a move involving a collapsing human pyramid, one of the dancers failed to land properly, and cut her lip and fractured the tip of her nose on the stage.
