garlic cloves

I love to cook and I love, love, love garlic (keeps the vampires away, you know). What I don't love is trying to get my garlic into cooking shape. Peeling it is tedious, the little paper wrapping sticks all over my fingers. Could there be a better way? Well, yes...yes there is.
