To those that have been directly affected, life is tough right now. But if you are like me, you haven't felt the state government shutdown at all. Personally, I was thinking it wouldn't affect me. My license is up to date, my car tabs are current, the home I'm building is in an area that has city inspectors - how could this affect me? Then I read this.
