I have heard of dumb lawsuits before, but this one really takes the cake, er the bouquet! Some people need to wake up and literally smell the roses and stop trying to get something for nothing. I really hope the judge tosses this one and makes this guy pay the court costs. I just feel sorry for his wife - she has to live with this guy!
