With Regis and Kelly’ for months, and now television stalwart Regis Philbin has announced his final show will be on Friday, November 18.

The show, which started in 1983 as a local New York City program called ‘The Morning Show,’ went national with co-host Kathie Lee Gifford in 1988. Actress Kelly Ripa stepped in as Gifford’s replacement after she left the show in 2000.
