Fall is in the air and now on the calendar.

Donut lovers can rejoice-Dunkin' Donuts announced on Wednesday that they're planning to return to the St. Cloud area. According to a media release, a new local francise group plans to develop 12 new restaurants in Minneapolis in the northern suburbs and the St. Cloud area.

PepperJax Grill in St. Cloud is expanding by adding a drive-through to its building. PepperJax is at 3219 Division Street, the former location of Qdoba Mexican Grill. It opened back in February.The new drive-through is expected to open by the end of October.

H&M is opening a store in the St. Cloud Crossroads Mall later this year. The store is planning to open in November. The Crossroads Mall confirmed the announcement with a post on their Facebook page on Wednesday.

Chick-fil-A is opening a restaurant in St. Cloud next year. Crossroads Center General Manager Darcy Eigen says the restaurant will be moving into the former Crossroads Pizza Hut location. The Pizza Hut closed its doors and moved to a different location in Sauk Rapids in January.
