Stemming from the unfortunate events that went down during Monday nights football game where replacement refs made a terrible call that cost the Green Bay Packers the game against the Seattle Seahawks, a Green Bay television station decided to make a joke out of the debacle by bringing in a replacement weatherman - check it out.
