Signs of fall are all around us...the leaves are starting to change colors, it gets darker earlier and earlier and pumpkins and gourds are ready for the picking!
I've been eating pumpkin seeds ever since I was old enough to have solid foods. It's one of the best things about carving pumpkins--knowing that you'll get to eat the roasted seeds when it's all said and done.
