Cindy & I Have Joined The ‘Stand-Up Desk’ Revolution
I've long been intrigued by the idea of getting rid of my office chair, in exchange for a stand-up desk. This weekend I took the plunge and transformed my current desk into a taller variety. Cindy and I have also given up our chairs in the studio each morning, standing throughout the show.
