Taylor and Shania Pay Tribute To Thelma And Louise At Tonight’s CMT Music Awards

The CMT Music Awards, hosted by Kid Rock are live tonight from Nashville’s Bridestone Arena. Performances include Jason Aldean, Keith Urban, Lady A, Rascal Flatts, Sugarland, Big & Rich, Zac Brown Band & Luke Bryan.

Presenters include Shania, Sara Evans, Justin Bieber, Sheryl Crow, Scotty McCreery, Lauren Alaina, Train, Kristen Chenoweth, Melissa Peterman & Green Bay Packer Clay Matthews.

The show’s opening montage will feature Taylor Swift, Shania Twain, Glee’s Chord Overstreet, Donald Trump and a few other surprise celebrities. Taylor Swift and Shania Twain are reportedly doing a take-off of the movie Thelma and Louise.

Toby Keith’s other band, The Incognito Banditos will make their national TV debut on the show tonight. The band’s made up of Delbert McClinton & Mark Knoffler. Delbert is a bluesy singer-songwriter from Texas. Mark’s best known as lead singer & guitarist for 80s band Dire Straits.

The CMT Music Awards airs on the music channel at 7 p.m.
