Forever Everly: A Tribute to Great Duets
Pioneer PlaceThere has been many great duets over the years in music, but none as influential as The Everly Brothers. Crossing over multiple genres, The Everlys had many great hits including Bye Bye Love, Wake Up Little Susie, Devoted To You, Cathy's Clown, All I Have To Do Is Dream, and Let It Be Me. This show will feature multiple vocalist. Mary Jane Alm, Boyd Lee, Matt Velline, and Aimee Lee, along with a full band will be paying tribute to The Everly Brothers.
Tickets are $26 in advance, and $29 at the door.

Color Play Artist Reception
Great River Arts - Little FallsJoin the Spirit Movement Dance Studio from Brainerd, as they bring Little Falls resident Judith Uebelacker's work to life during a reception for Color Play. This is a free event that is open to the public. The dance studio will be performing at 6:30 p.m., and 7:30 p.m. Custom painted suits will be worn to bring Uebelacker's newest work to life. The show will be presented in three parts: Act I - Watercolors, Act II - Acrylics & Airbrush, Act III - Reminiscing.
Again this event is free and open to the public.

Once Upon A Dance
Paramount TheatreOnce Upon A Dance is presented by Company North Crest. Enjoy a night of fun and dancing with Cinderella, Rapunzel, the Ugly Duckling, Harry Potter, and many more characters from your favorite stories. There will also be a tribute to author and poet Maya Angelou.
Tickets are $14 (Ages 13+), $9 (Ages 6-12), and $5 (Ages 5 and under)

Free Music in the Veranda Lounge
Veranda LoungeEvery weekend the Veranda Lounge features free music. Here is a look at who's coming up this weekend.
On Friday night local musician Alex Nelson hits the stage. He plays a range of music from the 60's through the 90's. Having played with the Bridge Brothers, and The Red-Headed Step Children, Alex will be hitting the stage solo.
On Saturday night, Reynold Philipsek is back in St. Cloud for another show, this time at the Veranda Lounge. Matt Senjem will be joining him for this free show. He's played all over Minnesota. He recently released "Astoria" with the quartet East Side.
Again these are free events.

Lonnie Knight
BoDiddley's on 25th Ave.The Granite City Folk Society presents Lonnie Knight. He has played with a few bands including Jokers Wild, the Nielsen-White Band, and the Hoopsnakes. He has released several albums including his latest, So We Jump (2010). Knight has a new CD in the works. This will be a solo performance, but he also plays in a duo with Reid Papke, and a quartet, Mosquito Shoals, with Reid Papke, Gary Haberman, and Laura Owen.
Tickets are $10 at the door.
