Toughest Firefighter Alive Competition in Downtown St. Cloud [PHOTOS]

Nineteen firefighters are competing today (Monday) for the title of “Toughest Firefighter Alive” in downtown St. Cloud.  It’s part of the Can-Am Police-Fire Games this week.  Besides local firefighters from St. Cloud, St. Augusta, and Rice, there are also competitors from Rochester, Minnesota, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Toronto, Canada and elsewhere.

There’s a total of four events: Hose, Obstacle, Weight, and Climbing.

The event is free and open to the public to watch.  It’s being held along 4th Avenue near the Kelly Inn, and at the parking ramp along 4th Avenue.
