The Twins ended the first half of the season with a 13-5 stomping of the Rockies in Colorado. Minnesota enters the All Star break with a 44-50 record on the season.

Brian Dozier led Sunday’s rout with a pair of home runs to give him 18 on the season. Eduardo Escobar, Trevor Plouffe and Dozier each had three hits in the game.

Phil Hughes earned his tenth win of the season after allowing five runs on ten hits with five strikeouts.

The Twins return to action Friday night against the Rays at Target Field.
