The Minnesota Vikings (4-5) recovered from several deficits to finally come out on top of the visiting Washington Redskins (3-6) 29-26 this afternoon at TCF Bank Stadium in Minneapolis. Matt Asiata ran for three touchdowns and a 2-point conversion, as the Vikes won their second in a row.

Teddy Bridgewater went 26 of 42 for 268 yards, one touchdown, and no interceptions -- connecting eight different Vikings receivers in the process.. Rookie Jerick McKinnon was the leading Minnesota rusher, carrying the ball 14 times for 54 yards. Gregg Jennings was the top receiver with 6 catches for 76 yards.

A key momentum swing seems to happen when Captain Munnerlyn's interception late in the first half allowed the Vikings to sneak a late touchdown into the end of the first half, closing the deficit to just a 10-7 Washington advantage at the break.

It was back & forth in the second half, before the Vikings scored on Matt Asiata's third TD of the day, giving Minnesota the lead for good.

The Vikings will have a bye this upcoming week, before facing the Chicago Bears (3-5) at Soldier Field on November 16th.
