The Minnesota Wild were heavily outshot by the St. Louis Blues but still came away with a 4-2 win at Xcel Energy Center. Minnesota goalie John Curry made 43 saves in his Wild debut as his team was outshot 45-15.

Nino Neiderreiter scored his 14th goal of the season at 14:02 of the first period to give the Wild a 1-0 lead in the locker room at the first intermission. Shots on goal favored St. Louis 17-5 in the first period.

The Blues tied the game at 11:05 of the second period on a Kevin Shattenkirk power play goal, but the Wild regained the lead with Kyle Brodziak’s shorthanded goal 1:19 later.  Matt Moulson later broke a 2-2 tie with his 23rd goal of the season at 17:30, the eventual game-winner.

The Wild close out the regular season with a game in St. Paul Sunday against the Predators.
