The Minnesota Timberwolves dropped a back-and-forth game with the LA Clippers 109-107 at Staples Center Monday. Kevin Love had a chance to tie the game at the buzzer, but his tip-in attempt at the buzzer rolled off the rim.

Love, Kevin Martin and Nikola Pekovic all turned in strong performances for the Wolves, with Martin leading the team with 30 points. Love turned in another dominating performance with 23 points and 19 rebounds.

Minnesota is back on the court Wednesday when they host Cleveland at Target Center.
