Wolves Fall Short In High Scoring Game With Warriors Monday
The Minnesota Timberwolves fell 130-120 Monday night to the Golden State Warriors in Oakland. The Wolves have just one game remaining on the schedule and will need a win to finish with a .500 record this season.
Kevin Love scored 40 points on 11-24 shooting, including five three pointers made in nine attempts. Corey Brewer scored 22 points on 10-13 shooting in the loss.
Steph Curry had a monster game for the Warriors, connecting on 10-21 shots and 7-13 three pointers to finish with 32 points while dishing out 15 assists.
The Timberwolves close out the season Wednesday night against Utah at Target Center.
