Your Mom Is Stalking You On Facebook

I knew there was more to my mom being on facebook than just being social! She's stalking me!  Not really, since I email her every morning telling her about what's coming up that day. But if you are a mom of a teenager, chances are, you're on facebook for one reason only. To stalk your child!  According to Education Database Online, about 50 percent of parents on the social network joined for the sole purpose of keeping tabs on their kids.  43 percent of parents admitted to checking their child's profile daily, and another 31 percent said they checked at least 45 times per week. The reseachers also noted that, while 92 percent of kids are friends with their parents who have online profiles, about 30 percent would unfriend their parents if they could.
